The Diploma in Nursing at Universiti Selangor is a comprehensive program designed to equip aspiring healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and compassion necessary to excel in the nursing field. A Diploma in Nursing program equips students with foundational knowledge and practical skills to become competent nurses. Spanning three (3) years, it combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience in subjects like anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, and nursing ethics.
Clinical training includes supervised rotations in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, enhancing technical abilities and communication skills. The program also covers nursing leadership and management, preparing graduates for roles in healthcare administration. Graduates are eligible for the licensure exam to become Registered Nurses (RNs).

- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum Grade C of Grade Point (GP) in any subject or equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- Possess Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.
- Certificate [Level 3, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) in a related field with at least a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2. 00; OR
- Other relevant & equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.

- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, able to apply design and architecture to Information Technology solutions using appropriate tools and techniques.
