Course Description
The programme aims to produce graduates with contemporary knowledge and skills in a range of key human resource management (HRM) disciplines with a specific emphasis on professions with high moral and ethical values. Bachelor of Human Resource Management (BHRM) degrees equip students with quantitative skills and a global outlook in the field, aiming to broaden students’ awareness of the world in which HRM operates. Professionals who need to learn salary administration, employment law, leadership theory, recruiting, retention, and the importance of research in strategic decision-making may benefit from the BHRM programme. This programme also prepares students to manage human capital development in organisations. The syllabus includes all related courses and is designed to meet the needs of the industry. Some courses provide hands-on training in using the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and are in accordance with Malaysian Statutory requirements. - A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum Grade C of Grade Point (GP) in any subject or equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- Possess Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.
- Certificate [Level 3, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) in a related field with at least a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2. 00; OR
- Other relevant & equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
